Scope depends on the engagement type. A full design, setup, and launch build-out covers PMS and tech-stack setup, listing strategy, channel distribution (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and others), pricing and calendar setup, and a handoff that leaves you running independently. A focused launch-and-distribution engagement covers channel listing, Hospitable setup, baseline pricing, and a training call — without ongoing management. Every engagement names its deliverables and turnaround in writing before work begins.

Do I need to rebuild everything from scratch?

Not at all. We meet you where you are. Whether you need a full build from the ground up or targeted improvements to your current setup, we work within your existing accounts and tech stack. We're fluent in the major STR platforms — Hospitable, Guesty, Hostaway, PriceLabs, Wheelhouse — so nothing you've already built goes to waste.

No. Streamlined Stays does not guarantee any specific outcomes, including bookings, ADR, occupancy, revenue, or profit. Performance is affected by factors outside our control — seasonality, market demand, competition, platform algorithms, property condition, reviews, and your own operational execution. What we can offer is operator-grade discipline, real-world experience across 23 markets and 16,100+ reservations facilitated (owner-attested career totals), and a rigorous process grounded in how real STR businesses are built.

Can you help me decide whether to buy a property?

Yes — acquisition advisory is one of our core services. We offer a fast Feasibility Screen ($150, two business days) that gives you a go/no-go on a specific address: STR zoning posture, suitability, and red-flag detection. For active offers, a Full Deal Underwriting ($500, five business days) adds a comp-aligned revenue range, conservative operating pro forma, and bid guidance. Up to $1,000 of advisory fees can be credited toward a launch build-out.

What kind of ongoing support do you provide?

We offer an Operator Advisory Retainer ($600/month) — recurring strategic counsel covering pricing and calendar strategy, listing and positioning review, systems and SOP review, vendor decisions, and launch sequencing. Cadence is one to two live calls per week plus async support. We also offer standalone ongoing revenue management ($300/month per listing) for owners who want the pricing and calendar actively maintained.
