I already own a property. Which do I need?
The Audit. It tears down your existing listing and systems and shows you exactly what is costing you bookings and revenue, with a prioritized fix list. The Screener is for evaluating something you do not own yet.
Do you take a percentage of my revenue?
No. If you later hand off ongoing work, we charge a flat monthly retainer, not a commission. A standard manager takes 20 to 30 percent of every booking. We do not. You keep 100 percent of what your property earns, and you stay the owner.
What does everything else cost?
The screen and the audit are the only fixed prices here, on purpose. Everything larger, a launch, a direct-booking build, ongoing management, is scoped and priced to your exact situation on the call, so you never pay for a package you do not need. We do this in order.
